I am the owner and TaiJi Instructor at ST-36 TaiJi & QiGong Studio. Having lived in China for over 12 years, I bring my years of experience to Glendora to share my passion for TaiJi with you, so you may enjoy all of the benefits that Chen TaiJiQuan has to offer.
TaiJi is a martial art from China that is formed around the principles of Yin and Yang. It is often referred to as "Meditation in Motion". With its mindful movements, relaxed breathing and focus on Qi, it is known to help prevent and alleviate many health ailments we encounter today. Daily practice of TaiJiQuan can help strengthen your memory, improve balance and coordination and help reduce stress. These are merely a few of the benefits that can be achieved through daily practice of TaiJi. I am excited to be able to bring my passion for TaiJiQuan and Chinese culture to Glendora, California.
